WORKPLAN

• WP1 is designed to manage and coordinate the project at strategic and daily levels. For example, it will consider the CA signature, the hiring and launching of calls for the fellows/Postdoc fellows, and doctorate research contract(s). It will provide the material, financial, human, and ethical tools for the smooth progress of the project, and its lasting impact across all activities (project/grant submissions, publications, services, networks, etc.);

• WP2 is dedicated to R&I: Detection (Task 2.1) and Control (Task 2.2). Some of the advances in the state of the art generated in WP2 will be used in the training/capacitation of the Requimte/UP during the WP3 and WP4;

• WP3 and WP4 will provide top-quality training and capacitation of Portuguese graduation and post-graduation students, staff, and researchers on precision detection (WP3) and precision control (WP4); 

• The WP5 will maximize the gains and know-how transfer in WP2, WP3, and WP4 to a lasting Requimte/UP structure, with products/solutions, and will include the sustainability of the Centre of Pathogens Detection and Control at Requimte/UP);

• The WP6 is focused on Communication and Dissemination.
